This lean cut of pork is relatively inexpensive that has a great amount of flavor. The trick to cooking it is to not let it get too dry. Using a crock pot is the easiest way to do this.

Season your meat and sear it in a heavy pan before placing it in the crock pot. Add the rest of the seasonings and broth and let it cook. It’s a ten-minute prep at the most. I love Saving Some for Later

Anything you cave left from dinner makes a great lunch on the go for the next day. GI like to pack this up with all of the sides for a quick grab and take to work lunch. Leftovers can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and still be safely consumed.

You can also freeze these prepacked lunches for up to 3 months. I would be careful what vegetable sides you freeze with it as some can become soft. Potatoes and rice are the best to freeze to pair with this delicious pork tenderloin.
