Smokey Jim's Barbecue Sauce

Smokey Jim Barbecue Sauce

Homemade barbecue sauce is the best way to go when grilling on a summer evening. Skip the store bought pre-made stuff and make up your own Smokey Jim Barbecue sauce in a matter of minutes.

This sauce is so easy to make, and tastes so good you can put it on anything. It goes great on chicken, beef, and pork. Try it with ribs or hamburgers, it really goes with anything!

What good is a barbecue without a good potato salad anyway? Grandma always did make the best potato salad, and all I did was make her recipe better.

Grab your ingredients and get this sauce on the stove! Your BBQ guests will not be disappointed. You can seriously use this sauce on anything!

Making This Delicious Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a heavy pan and bring it to a boil. Turn down the heat after 15 minutes and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.

Use it right away for your family barbecue and they will be impressed that you made it fresh. Store any leftovers in the fridge to use tomorrow.

It’s really that easy to make your own barbecue sauce! Why would you ever buy bottles sauce again after trying this one? I don’t bother buying sauce anymore, just ketchup to make my own. Perhaps I will have to make my own ketchup someday to have truly organic homemade BBQ sauce.
